Greg is a senior consultant for InsideOut Development with nearly 25 years of experience in leadership development. Greg’s clients have seen measurable improvements in sales performance, improved safety, and increased manufacturing production. Before joining InsideOut Development, Greg was the Solutions Manager and Co-Managing Director in Client Services at Franklin Covey. Greg has a BS in Psychology and an MPA from Brigham Young University.

Marirose Ziebarth

Director of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at Leidos

Marirose is the Director of Leadership Development and Organization Effectiveness at Leidos, a defense, aviation, information technology, and biomedical research company that contracts with major US government agencies. At Leidos, Marirose leads enterprise initiatives to develop courageous and inclusive people leaders at all levels. This includes leading the Global Engagement Survey, creating an innovative approach to the “Leader as Coach,” and leveraging coaching skills for better conversations. Marirose has an MS in Applied Behavioral Science/OD from Johns Hopkins University and numerous certifications from leading Learning & Development programs and assessments.
