Nancy Q. Smith is a Director and Senior Consultant at InsideOut Development, where she leads the Performance Learning Solutions practice. In this role, she oversees product development, delivery, and implementation strategies that drive breakthrough performance and engagement. Nancy is passionate about helping individuals, managers, and teams translate insight into sustained results, whether through coaching, consulting, or workshop facilitation.

Nancy brings deep global experience in leadership and people development. She previously served as Director of Strategic Partnering for Exemplary Performance, helping HR and enabling functions shift from tactical execution to strategic impact. Prior to that, she was People Development Manager and Global Business Process Manager at Delphi Corporation, where she built development strategy for 2,700 employees across 38 countries. With advanced degrees in Communication and extensive experience supporting global organizations such as Adidas, ExxonMobil, Ford, Microsoft, and Prudential, Nancy combines strategic insight with practical execution to strengthen leadership capability and organizational performance.
