Mary has owned her own consulting business for more than 13 years and previously served as a Senior Consultant with Development Dimensions International. Her background also includes leadership roles as a Director of Learning and Development in high tech and as a Human Resources Director in retail. She has partnered with organizations across industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, medical devices, and food and beverage, helping shape culture and strengthen leadership capability to support sustainable growth.
