“Mala Grewal is an executive coach, facilitator, leadership consultant, and change management expert known for helping organizations translate accountability into measurable business results. Mala began her career consulting officer teams on change initiatives with the United States Navy and coaching executives through career transitions. She later held leadership roles including Regional Vice President at The Oz Principle, where she coached organizations such as Exxon, PayPal, Charter Communications, and Omnicom on building cultures of accountability. She has facilitated global leadership programs for Visa and Nestle and continues to lead Talent Catalyst, her career coaching practice. Mala holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and is certified in the Oz Principle Accountability methodology.”
