Jerry Johnson is a seasoned consultant and Master Facilitator with InsideOut Development, bringing a multi faceted background in business leadership, sales, consulting, and training. He has delivered hundreds of high impact sessions for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, earning a reputation for powerful facilitation and consistently requested engagements. Jerry began his career in a multimillion dollar sales and marketing firm, where he hired, trained, and managed hundreds of sales professionals before advancing to divisional vice president.

Jerry later held senior leadership roles with the Franklin Institute and the Covey Leadership Center, which became FranklinCovey, where he helped roll out the First Things First time management program and ultimately served as Vice President overseeing Public Seminar Programs. He also served as Director of the Professional Resource Group, responsible for hiring and developing consultants. In addition to his consulting work, Jerry has owned and led an executive search firm and taught at Brigham Young University’s Career Center. His work is grounded in the simplicity and practical application of the InsideOut mindset, helping leaders translate leadership principles into consistent performance and results.
