Greg Pyper

Greg Pyper is a seasoned leadership development consultant with nearly 29 years of experience helping organizations translate coaching into measurable business performance. Born in Upstate New York, raised in Northern California, and now living in Utah, Greg has built his career around one core belief: leadership conversations drive results.

He has consulted and coached leaders across global technology, pharmaceutical, banking, and manufacturing organizations, including Apple, Salesforce, and Boeing. His focus is helping leaders create a clear line of sight between one on one interactions and business outcomes by building trust, strengthening accountability, and applying enduring leadership principles.

Greg holds a BS in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University. Prior to joining InsideOut Development, he held several leadership roles at FranklinCovey. During his 14 years at InsideOut, Greg has continued to help leaders strengthen execution, build accountability, and connect coaching to measurable performance outcomes.
