“Eric Francis is a Senior Consultant with a global perspective shaped by more than 25 years of experience living and working in Japan. After earning his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, he joined IBM Japan as an Asia Pacific Financial Analyst, where he deepened his belief in the power of a global mindset in business. Today, Eric designs and delivers leadership and communication programs across the Asia Pacific region, helping organizations strengthen performance through cross cultural understanding and practical leadership development.

Fluent in English and Japanese, Eric teaches MBA Global Communication courses at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business and Aoyama Business School in Tokyo. He is an InsideOut Coaching Certified Trainer in both English and Japanese and holds certifications in DiSC, MBTI, and Career Power.
